These "cooler" soils are perfectly suited to the Sauvignon grape variety, which expresses itself through very fruity aromas. Sauvignon Blanc 65% and Semillon 35%.
It has aroma from gooseberry and lemon and a classic , elegant and complex style. Nice attack on the palate, with a good acidity / alcohol balance. This wine is characterized by its freshness and fruitiness on the palate. A very aromatic wine.
